Where are you located?

We are located in Bloomingdale, Illinois.

Where do we pick up the cookies?

We will meet at an Internet Purchase Safe Zone, located at the Glen Ellyn Police Department's main lot The address is 65 S. Park Boulevard. Look for the blue sign at the south-west side of the parking lot. The lot is under 24 hours surveillance to ensure a safe transaction.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do offer a delivery service within a 25 mile radius of Bloomingdale, IL An additional fee will be added to your total.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept VENMO, cash, or check.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Orders must be prepaid in order for them to be considered confirmed and you will receive an email confirmation.

What if I want to cancel my order?

All orders are custom created therefore any cancellations made within 7 days of order will not be refunded.

What if I need a specific color scheme for my cookies?

We do our best to ensure that color matches come as close to your vision as possible. Please understand that there may be slight variances, and therefore, exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Can my order be shipped out of state?

Yes, we can package your cookies as securely as possible, and you will be charged the shipment costs. Due to the nature of the delivery services, we cannot ensure that there will not be any cracks.

Are you compliant with the Illinois Cottage Food Law?

Yes, we are! I hold a current CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager) license.

Do you offer allergy friendly and gluten free options?

Unfortunately, we do not.

How much of a notice do you need for me to place an order?

All orders require a 2 week notice. Order must also be prepaid in full to secure the order.

What if I have a last minute RUSH order?

All our cookies are custom created hence last minute orders may be taken, with an additional RUSH fee of 25% of the total cookie cost.

What are the cookie sizes?

Standard size cookies are 3.5 inches. Mini cookies are 2 -2.5 inches. Large cookies are 5 inches. Prices vary by size of the cookie.

How many colors can I use in my order?

3-4 icing colors may be used for your order. Additional colors will require an additional fee.

Can I have silver and gold detailing on my cookies?

Embellishments, such as 3D flowers, special sprinkles, and luster dusts will require an additional fee.

What is the least amount of sugar cookies that I can order?

Sugar cookies are sold by the dozen.

Can you tie a ribbon on my cookies?

An additional fee, per cookie, will be charged if you prefer the cookies to be individually tied with a ribbon.
